Welcome to ToursBySlim.com and Cityhoppers.com (collectively, "the Websites"), operated by Slim. These Websites offer a variety of optional tours and after-tour merchandise ("the Products") to groups traveling with Slim. By accessing or using the Websites, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Websites.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the Products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the Products are in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products.
